Trigon, Hexagon, & Square Challenge

Thank you for purchasing your Moonward Challenge! Follow these simple steps to assemble your blocks and create your artwork.

What’s in the Box?

  • Your chosen blocks: Triangle, Hexagon, or Square-shaped blocks, in your selected colors.
  • Connectors: Pieces used to securely join your blocks edge-to-edge.
  • Attachment Blocks: Special blocks designed to press into your main blocks, allowing you to hang your finished artwork easily on a wall using screws.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Unpack and Organize

  • Unbox your blocks, connectors, and attachment blocks.
  • Lay out your blocks on a flat surface.

Step 2: Arrange Your Artwork

  • Before connecting, arrange your blocks on the surface in your preferred design or composition.
  • Experiment with the layout until you’re happy with the pattern and placement of each block.

Step 3: Connect the Blocks

  • Once your layout is finalized, start connecting the blocks using the connectors.
  • Fit a connector into the slots on the edges of two adjacent blocks, pressing gently until secure.
  • Continue attaching connectors to join all blocks in your design.

Step 4: Attach for Hanging (Optional)

  • Press the attachment blocks firmly into one or more of your blocks at the back of your artwork.
  • Use screws (not included) to secure the attachment blocks to your wall, allowing you to hang your Moonward creation easily and safely.

Step 5: Final Check

  • Ensure all connectors and attachment blocks are secure and the structure feels stable.

Tips for Best Results

  • Align blocks carefully before connecting.
  • Do not force connectors; if they don’t fit, adjust the blocks slightly.
  • Use a clean, flat workspace for easier assembly.
  • For the strongest connections, assemble your blocks on a durable, flat surface such as a cutting board—this helps you press connectors firmly and evenly without damaging your pieces.
  • When hanging, choose sturdy screws and wall anchors appropriate for your wall type.

Care & Maintenance

  • Display your Moonward artwork indoors, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Avoid exposure to excessive humidity or heat sources.
  • Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep your artwork looking its best.
  • Handle with care when moving or rehanging.
